Characterised by the
typical Friulan central fireplace, the Carnia Hotel and
Restaurant is one of the five establishments in Friuli
which make up the "Unione Ristoranti del Buon Ricordo",
this is an association that includes 110 restaurants all
over Italy that have worked, since 1964, to created the map
of great Italian food and drink, and the model of "Buon
Ricordo" hospitality.
Our restaurant menus are based on traditional
Carnian dishes, with fresh fish specialities, accompanied
by excellent regional wines.
For ceremonies, christenings, weddings, conventions,
meetings and group events, The Carnia Hotel and Restaurant
has large banqueting rooms that can accommodate up to 300
guests.
